Bachelor in Accounting

To complete this course, students must take at least 144 credits, including six credits for thesis, and normally it is completed in eight semesters.
This course is designed to equip students for professional careers in accounting and finance. Students may choose a major from a wide-range of accounting related disciplines, namely Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting and Accounting Information System

a. Financial Accounting

This major focuses on some skills required to prepare financial information for external parties. Some skills taught in this major are financial statement analysis, taxation, government accounting and public sector accounting.

b. Managerial Accounting

This major provide students some skills required to prepare financial information that supports internal management decision making. Some skills, such as product costing, cost planning, cost control and strategic cost management, are taught in this major.

c. Accounting Information System

This major focuses on some skills related to computerized accounting information design and analysis, such as data-based management, computerized accounting system design and information system audit.
